Cleanroom Production

The production environment for the contrast media syringe is a Class 100,000 (ISO 8) cleanroom, with constant temperature and humidity control. Regular monitoring of settle plates, airborne particulate matter, and microbial flora is conducted to minimize initial bioburden, ensuring enhanced product safety and reliability.

Precision Molding for Superior Quality
Utilizing advanced domestic precision injection molding machines, high-precision hot runner molds, state-of-the-art mold temperature controllers, and integrated dehumidifying dryers, along with imported raw materials, we ensure the production of high-quality syringes with optimal performance and stability.
Smooth Injection Performance
The syringe barrel is siliconized using imported medical-grade silicone oil to reduce frictional resistance during injection, thereby extending the service life of the high-pressure injector.
Crystal-Clear Transparency
Made from high-grade PET material, the syringe offers superior transparency and minimal color deviation, enabling better visual inspection during use.
Safe EO Sterilization
Sterilized with ethylene oxide (EO) to ensure sterility and pyrogen-free status, effectively preventing adverse reactions such as pyrogenic responses and phlebitis.

PrincipleDSA imaging involves acquiring two images of the same anatomical region—one before and one after contrast injection—and digitally subtracting them to eliminate bones, muscles, and other soft tissues, leaving only the vascular structures. The resulting subtraction image is displayed on a monitor for clear visualization of blood vessels.
