  • Try to minimize the frequency and duration of opening the box during use to prevent loss of cold air.
  • When transporting blood in refrigerated conditions, it is important to use the provided isolation net or basket to prevent direct contact between the blood bags and the cooling bags, which could lead to freezing.
  • The cold storage ice pack should be placed flat in the freezer for at least 4 hours until it solidifies before use, and then it can be placed on top of items.
  • If the temperature display on the front panel of the insulation box indicates low battery power, you should replace the batteries.
  • The electrical components should be kept away from direct water exposure (avoid using corrosive disinfectants as well), and the temperature probe inside the box should be protected from physical impacts.
